该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责制剂项目的处方筛选、工艺开发及优化实验； 2、参与中试放大及GMP生产的技术转移，支持生产现场工艺验证； 3、规范撰写实验原始记录、研发报告及CTD申报资料； 4、协助项目经理进行客户技术沟通及项目进度汇报； 5、配合QA完成客户审计及内部合规检查。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上，药剂学、药学、制药工程等相关专业 2、2年以上制剂研发经验，有CDMO/CRO背景者优先 3、熟悉固体制剂或注射剂常用设备及工艺；了解药品研发注册流程 4、CET-4及以上，能阅读英文文献及撰写英文报告 5、实验操作严谨，具备数据分析能力和团队协作意识
