- 协助完成招聘全流程支持，包括简历筛选、面试安排及候选人沟通
- 定期进行招聘数据统计与分析，输出关键指标报告
- 参与优化招聘流程与工具，提升招聘效率
任职要求：
- 统招本科及以上学历在校生，人力资源管理、心理学等相关专业优先
- 具备良好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel进行数据处理
- 每周能保证稳定的出勤时间，实习期不少于3个月，有长期发展意向
- 沟通协调能力强，对招聘和HRBP工作有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先
