- 负责简历筛选与下载； 2.维护人才数据库，确保信息准确率98%以上 ；
- 整理员工档案资料，完成数字化归档； 4.协助办理入职手续，支持新员工入职
； 5.面试接待。 任职要求：
- 人力资源/行政管理相关专业在读
- 熟练使用Excel进行数据处理，VLOOKUP使用，AI工具使用 3.具备基础劳动法知识，了解五险一金办理流程
- 每周至少出勤3-5天，实习期不少于3个月
