入職要求：
中五程度，良好粵語，一般英語及普通話，懂寫中文，懂閱讀英文。
職責：
照顧8-9名4至18歲入住兒童之家的兒童及青少年，指導他們的日常起居生活、功課輔導和安排課餘活動等；協助社工為兒童提供行為及生活輔導，推行各項活動以及其他工作；須留宿、輪班工作及按兒童之家需要當值。平均每星期工作五天半，需依更期休假。正家長月薪由總薪級表薪點第9點起，視乎經驗及年資考慮；正家長與配偶均需留宿，配偶能於工餘時間參與照顧及教導兒童，配偶每月可獲$9,999.00元額外津貼。代家長每星期工作不超金過6天。日薪$1,051至$1,604，視乎經驗及年資考慮。
