该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责大型复杂铺层构件（高端轻量化复合材料）的铺层方案总成与优化 2. 解决铺层过程中的褶皱、架桥、铺贴变形等复杂工艺难题 3. 建立铺层工艺技术标准与规范体系 4. 指导中级铺层结构工程师开展工作 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上，复合材料/机械工程相关专业 2. 8年以上预浸料铺层设计与工艺经验 3. 精通复杂铺层构件的铺叠路径规划与裁剪图设计 4. 深入理解铺层工艺中的褶皱、架桥、孔隙产生机理与解决方案 5. 熟悉Fibersim或类似铺层设计软件
