【工作职责】
- 掌握市场调查手段，通过实地外调勘察收集房产数据资料。
- 土壤采样或基准地价询价。
- 协助参与项目外业的现场拍照、表格填写及数据整理录入电脑等项目工作。
【任职要求】
- 专业不限，土地资源管理、地理信息系统、土地估价、房地产估价，房地产经营与管理等相关专业优先；
- 使用办公软件操作，会基本的arcgis软件操作优先考虑；
- 有良好的沟通能力和独立工作能力，工作态度认真负责，讲求效率；
- 有团队意识，吃苦耐劳，能够承受一定的工作压力。
职位薪资：
100-150/天
