61 作为设计和开发团队的一部分，开发完整的骨架和结构件.Work as part of the Design and Development team, developing frame and mechanical part 61 根据研发负责项目的要求和资源的技能将工作分配给团队成员。Assigning jobs to the team members based on the requirement of the Customer，program and skills of the resource. 61 确保本身及团队成员所负责项目开发根据功能风险和操作进行批准，进行有效的风险管理（工作进度/资源风险/难点技术问题/交付物）及关键文件质量审核（技术方案/EBOM/DFMEA /CR/CO）及相关问题的协调解决； Ensure self & team members programs development the approval of development according to functional risk and operations.

61 与所有业务部门和供应商合作，确保实现准确的数据和信息传输 及项目推进；Work with all sections of our business and suppliers to ensure accurate data and information transfer is achieved. 61 必要时参与除本身项目外，团队成员项目的与客户、项目团队和供应商的会议； 61

Participate, when necessary, in meetings with customer, program core team , and suppliers of team members' program meeting. 61 确保团队成员所负责项目的研发成本控制。Ensure & manage the financial feasibilities of the development team members’ program.

Qualifications 61 对团队成员进行技术和能力提升及依业务难度的团队梯度规划及培养。开发团队成员潜力，负责团队的 OAR 和日常管理。 Provide technical and skill development for team members, as well as team gradient planning and training according to business difficulty. Develop the potential of team members and be responsible for the team's OAR and daily management. 61 负责或参与部门整体工作流程优化及标准化的规划及推进； Responsible for or involved in the planning and promotion of the overall workflow optimization and standardization of the department 61 完成上级交代的其他任务.Complete other tasks assigned by manager. 资格要求Qualifications :

理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be: 61 教育背景/Education: 汽车、力学、机械、材料等理工科相关专业, 本科以上学历Bachelor's degree or above in automotive, mechanics, machinery, materials and other science and engineering related majors.

61 经验/ Experience: 2年以上管理团队的经验. 或者骨架平台设计及管理经验。I must have 2 years’ team management or frame platform design and management experience in automotive seat engineering field.

61 至少8年汽车座椅骨架相关经验.At least 8 years of experience in automotive seat manufacturing.
