该职位来源于猎聘 任职资质 1.大专及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化、材料或相关专业 2.2年以上锡焊焊接工艺或电子制造相关工程经验 3.熟悉手工锡焊及常见焊接缺陷的成因与改善方法 4.了解常用焊锡、助焊剂及无铅焊接工艺 5.能看懂电子图纸和工艺文件，具备基本的问题分析能力 6.责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和现场推动能力 岗位职责 1.负责产品锡焊焊接工艺的制定、评估、验证及持续改善 2.设计和优化手工锡焊及相关焊接工艺流程，确保焊接质量稳定可靠 3.编制、维护焊接工艺文件，包括焊接规范、作业指导书（SOP）、工艺参数等 4.分析并解决生产过程中出现的焊接问题，如虚焊、假焊、连焊、冷焊、焊点不良等 5.评估焊接可制造性并提出改进建议
