该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.参与化工工艺设计，协助编制工艺优化方案并推动落地； 2.参与生产运行数据统计与分析，支撑工艺改进及效率提升； 3.协助开展项目生产准备工作，保障生产顺利衔接； 4.参与生产现场操作与日常管理，保障生产安全稳定运行。 任职要求： 1、2027届应届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，化学工程、应用化学、化学等相关专业； 2、英语水平良好，通过CET-6及以上，具备英文文献阅读能力； 3、工作细心严谨，能适应化工项目现场工作，具有良好的抗压能力与沟通能力，具备自主学习能力。 培养基地：东北辽源项目基地（公司提供食宿）
