该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1. 现场技术支持：快速响应客户现场工艺异常及生产问题，通过现场及远程方式排查问题、输出解决方案，保障产线稳定生产。 2. 工艺调试与优化：针对半导体铜电镀、填孔、金属化等制程，协助客户优化电镀工艺参数，解决镀层不良、均匀性差、孔洞、良率低等量产问题，提升客户生产良率。
- 客户对接与培训：对接客户生产、工艺团队，开展设备操作、日常维护及工艺规范培训，解答客户技术疑问。 4. 技术复盘与沉淀：记录现场问题及处理方案，定期复盘总结，反馈技术痛点给到内部研发与工艺团队，助力产品与工艺迭代升级，完成上级交办的各项技术工作。 任职资格: 1、2027届本科毕业生； 2、材料、化学、物理相关专业
