该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责：

• Lead development, optimization, and implementation of processing routes for long products (wire rod, bars, sections, and pipes) to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.
• Execute on-site commissioning and process technical troubleshooting, including parameter setup, process window validation, root-cause analysis, and closed-loop improvement.
• Monitor and analyze critical process parameters across production stages (e.g., forming/rolling, cooling, heat treatment, surface treatment—within the defined scope) to ensure stable product compliance.
• Manage process documentation and technical records, such as process flow, operating guidelines, work instructions, quality control points, and maintenance of parameter tables/BOM as applicable.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Equipment, Process Equipment, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introduction, line upgrades, and process modernization.
• Diagnose and address production deviations (e.g., dimensional variation, microstructure/property nonconformance, surface defects, energy consumption fluctuations), propose corrective and preventive actions, and track effectiveness. 任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree or above in materials/forming, materials science, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or equivalent relevant engineering background.
• Proven experience in long products processing; solid understanding of production and process commissioning for at least one of the following: wire rod, bars, sections, and pipes (experience in 2+ categories is preferred). 3. 3–8 years of relevant experience; strong advantage for candidates with on-site commissioning, closed-loop troubleshooting, and process standardization experience.
• Familiar with key mechanisms and influencing factors in rolling/forming and heat treatment or cooling; able to perform data-driven analysis and decision-making.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills; able to plan/execute process trials and deliver traceable conclusions and improvement actions.
• Good cross-functional collaboration skills with Quality, Production, Equipment, and relevant stakeholders.
• English proficiency at least CET-4 level, enabling effective daily communication with international stakeholders and the ability to read/write technical documentation and emails.
