- 负责商业项目机电设备（包括暖通、给排水、强电弱电系统）的日常运维，确保设备完好率不低于98%
- 主导年度预防性维护计划制定与执行，控制维修保养成本在预算的95%以内
- 管理外包安保与保洁服务团队，监督其服务标准达成率，提升客户满意度至90分以上
- 处理突发工程故障与应急事件，确保30分钟内响应，重大故障24小时内解决
任职要求：
- 全日制本科，具备5年以上大型商业综合体或甲级写字楼物业工程管理经验
- 持有高压电工证或机电工程师等相关职业资格证书，精通BA系统与能源管理
- 出色的团队管理与跨部门（安保、保洁、客服）协调能力，能有效管理三方外包服务商
- 具备较强的成本控制意识与应急预案制定能力，熟悉商业物业管理法律法规
