• Implement project execution plan 实施项目执行计划
• Create project and design brief 撰写项目和设计概要
• Coordinate the project related government approval process 协调与项目相关的政府报审报批工作
• Coordinate design development process and VE session

• With guidance from SPM or HoCS, propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package. 依据各项目的特殊要求，协调项目采购计划。控制各个项目包的服务范围；
• Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control 协调内部或外部工料测量师，以控制项目成本
• Develop project schedule, update implementation plan and in accordance with the progress of the project 制定项目进度计划，并根据项目进展情况更新执行计划
• Host the meeting with clients 主持与各协作单位的工作会议
• Management and coordination with client for the job follow-up and implementation 管理协调各协作单位的工作跟进与落实
• Understand the specification and requirements relating to approval during the development process 了解项目开发过程中有关报批的规范及要求

• Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol

• Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan 制定测试与调试策略。检查和批准测试与调试计划。
• Prepare technical document for tendering 为招标准备技术文件
• Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design 与成本经理合作，检查和进行机电设计变更
• Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required 能够按项目组和客户的要求就机电工程提供建议和支持工作
• Verify construction progress and quality 检验施工过程及施工质量
• Be able to implement the market best practice in green building design and construction

能够在绿色建筑设计建造中实现行业最佳实践 Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)：

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in water engineering or project management 本科以上学历，给排水工程或项目管理专业。
• 10+ years experiences in project management for office building or commercial use projects 10年以上办公楼或商业地产项目的项目管理经验
• Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力并关注细节
• Has on-site experience 有现场工作经验
• Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力
• Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need 能够前瞻性地发现工作需要
• Be able to adopt change according to company business plan 能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化
• Good English, both spoken and written
