• New product design, in charge of designing and project management, and support other departments as technicians in the whole process of new project 新产品设计开发，负责产品设计以及项目管理，在新产品开发过程中给其他部门提供技术支持。
• Design the mechanical structure, detail parts and choose the right material, mostly focusing on reciprocation pumps and clean hygiene products 往复泵以及清洁卫生产品的结构设计，零件设计和选材。
• Optimize the product designing, improve the machining advantage. Reduce the cost 现有产品的优化设计，以使现有产品更符合市场要求，成本更低。
• Write the technical documents (BOM, testing request and so on.) 技术文件的编写包括初始BOM表，以及产品的测试标准等 Requirements: 岗位要求：
• 4 years college Degree in engineering, science or equivalent
• 本科及以上学历，机械设计或流体机械以及相关专业
• 5~10 years or above experience in mechanical product design, a fluid machinery or injection plastic products design background is preferred
• 5~10年以上机械类产品设计经验，有流体机械或注塑产品设计方面的工作经验者优先。
• Skilled in Creo softer 3D and 2D, well-executed solid modeling and curve modeling
• 能非常熟练的使用CREO软件出 3D，2D图纸，熟练使用CREO中的实体以及曲面建模模块，在这个基础上会熟练使用SIMULATION模块对所设计产品进行分析者优先。
• Good knowledge of machining process or plastic injection process
• 熟悉金属机加工或者注塑加工工艺
• knowledge of project management
• 具有一定的项目管理知识
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• 较强的逻辑分析能力，能快速分析产品问题的根本原因所在
• Fluent English both in oral and writing
• 熟练的英语听说读写能力，有与国外团队工作经历者优先
