- 参与招聘渠道的维护与拓展，确保信息准确性和传播效果
- 支持面试流程安排，协调面试官与候选人时间，保障面试顺利进行
- 整理招聘数据并生成基础报表，协助优化招聘流程
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学相关专业优先
- 每周可出勤3-5天，能连续实习3个月以上
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础数据分析能力
- 沟通表达能力强，工作细致耐心，有校园活动组织经验者优先
