该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责阀门装配工艺优化，提升装配效率
- 协助完成新工艺的导入与验证，每年推动工艺改进项目
- 解决生产现场各类工艺技术问题，将产品不良率有效控制在0.5%以下
任职要求：
- 机械工程、材料成型或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备5年以上阀门制造行业工艺经验
- 精通阀门产品装配工艺流程，并具备实际操作经验
- 熟练运用CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，能够独立完成装配工装与夹具的设计
- 具备良好的团队协作与项目管理能力，拥有带领3人以上工艺团队的经验
