从立项到量产； 2、熟悉IPD管理流程；了解：EVT/DVT/PVT/MP、DFMEA、DV/PV测试、EMC、安规。熟悉产品成本； 3、精通项目规划、进度/成本/质量/风险/变更管理、资源协调、跨部门推动；极强Owner意识、结果导向、抗压能力、问题闭环能力、多项目并行能力； 4、加分项：做过风扇产品项目3年以上者优先录取。
