根据招聘编制规划完成招聘任务并定期更新招聘流程 ; 定期组织绩效考核工作，进行绩效反馈与跟进;
进行定期人才盘点，规划人才发展，并与培训相结合保持晋升通道畅通;
与其他部门配合协作宣扬企业文化;

任职要求 全日制本科；
英语听说读写流利
五年以上的人力资源管理工作经验；
医疗医药行业工作背景优先；
Word ,Excel, PPT, Visio或Xmind精通
CET6 主动性强，做事有始有终，能形成闭环 心细，正直忠诚，抗压力强 情商高
