该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、OLED产品光学issue解析，重点包括偏光片产品一体黑、COE产品反射色相、视角色偏； 2、OLED显示模组的光学设计、仿真及优化，输出系统性方案；精通setfos、Lightoos、FDTD、Speos、SolidWorks等光学设计软件； 3、光学仿真实测对标分析，理论认知扎实，了解产品整体架构； 任职要求： 1、产品光学专项经验，特别是POL产品一体黑、COE、视角色偏； 2、 3年以上OLED产品开发&光学设计经验； 3、沟通表达良好、团队合作和组织协调意识强、抗压能力强； 4、有穿戴产品一体黑专项改善经验优先；
