What they need
處理客戶查詢同投訴：透過電話、電郵、線上對話（ Live Chat ）等多種渠道，解答客戶疑問、處理投訴及轉介服務要求
提供前線客戶服務：喺機場、商場、櫃檯等前線崗位，為客戶提供直接服務，例如辦理登機、解答疑問、維持秩序等
行政同文書工作：準備相關文件（如航班文件）、更新客戶記錄、處理付款查詢及一般文書工作
跨部門協作：同內部唔同部門（如物流、技術、銷售等）溝通協作，以妥善解決客戶問題
薪酬： $24,000.00至$30,000.00（每月）
