What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、设备维护管理:负责注塑机(含辅机:机械手、模温机、干燥机、干燥机、粉碎机等)的日常维护、预防性保养及故障抢修； 2、技术支持:主导液压系统、电气控制(PLC)、机械部件的疑难故章诊断与修复;参与新设备的安装、调试及验收； 3、体系优化:制定TPM(全员生产维护)计划,优化保养规程,分析设备故章数据并推动改善,减少重复故障率； 4、负责团队绩效考核、人才梯队培养,推进部门管理标准化。 岗位要求： 1、大专及以上学历； 2、5年注塑机(以日系为主)维修保养经验； 3、能独立看懂液压图、电路图,熟练排查液压(油路、阀体)及电气(PLC、伺服驱动器)故障； 4、有工厂黑灯车间、自动化加工管理经验优先。
