该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、独立负责/协助固收加基金的投资管理，做好业绩； 2、配合市场部门做好产品的准入、新发和持盈等工作； 3、独立进行固收加领域的研究，完成部门交办的任务等 。 任职要求： 1、原则上硕士及以上学历，国内外重点高校毕业优先； 2、原则上2年以上固收加产品管理经验，能够进行纯债、转债和股票的投资，管理基金规模超过5亿，管理产品业绩在同类产品前1/2以上；投资经理和优秀的基金经理助理均可。 3、有较强的执行力、工作责任感以及团队合作精神，有较好的沟通能力。
