職責：
推動獨居、男士小組服務及外展工作；提供個案輔導及小組服務；統籌大型活動等。
入職條件：
註冊社會工作者；性格主動、成熟及靈活變通；具良好溝通及文牘能力，1 年安老服務工作經驗及熟悉資訊科技者優先考慮。
薪酬：
薪酬參照政府總薪級表 (MPS)，MPS Pt. 9-16。
工作時間：
每週工作 44 小時 (包括午膳時間)。
工作地點：石硤尾
員工福利：
自願性強積金供款 6.8%、有薪假期、婚假、進修假期及津貼、醫療、門診及牙科福利、節日提早下班安排等。
