该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1、负责海外招聘项目的整体交付，包含独立或带领团队完成 RPO项目及hro项目的交付 2、对接客户需求，进行职位分析、招聘策略制定及执行落地 3、同步管理多个招聘项目，确保交付进度与质量 4、与海外本地员工（如recruiter / sourcer）进行日常沟通与管理 5、负责候选人筛选、面试推进、offer沟通及入职跟进，优化招聘流程及提升招聘效率 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历（专业不限），至少3年以上海外招聘经验，具备 RPO或小猎头经验优先 2、英文沟通流利可作为工作语言 3、具备团队协作能力，有管理海外本地员工经验优先 4、具备较强的项目管理能力，能够同时推进多个项目 5、抗压能力强，执行力高
