该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求：1.协助电子商务部渠道销售接待工作，通过网络在线接待用户，进行有效的客户管理和沟通，提升线上各渠道产品销售及用户体验。 2.负责了解并分析客户需求，制定有效的用户服务方案，妥善处理用户问题，应对各项危机。 3.负责跟进双向物流问题、发票开具邮寄问题、服务管理问题、舆情控制等售后工作，回访和维护用户服务订单。 4.负责沟通用户，进行回访，店铺数据提升等各项工作。 5.能适应晚班工作（根据岗位性质一般晚班21点或23点）。 薪资待遇:五险一金+带薪年假+定期体检+节日福利+季度福利+年终奖金…… （划重点：年轻的团队，融洽的氛围，规范的培养，广阔的发展空间）
