该职位来源于猎聘 职位与职责 您将加入亚洲研发部，负责将适应市场需求的产品和解决方案进行产业化。在产品产业化工程师的领导下，您的主要职责包括： 作为供应商与设计团队之间的技术对接人，协调协同设计阶段，并确保设计概念以合适价格实现良好的制造与产业化 审核设计团队提供的图纸，并提供建议，确保图纸与选定的制造工艺相匹配 在D365系统中制作工业化图纸、创建物料项及S-A BOM 管理设计部门所需原型零件的采购，以验证其技术方案 在量产供应商首批样品送达时进行验证，确保其符合要求后方可投入工厂量产 协助生产和质量部门解决产品组装或测试中的日常技术难题，审查图纸并协助排查故障以解除生产线停滞 协助采购与采购团队对现有及潜在新供应商进行技术评估 跟踪并监督设计变更在生产中的落实情况。 任职要求 深入了解制造工艺（注塑、压铸、机械加工等）及其优缺点 具备5年工业工程经验，如有电气齿轮旋转机械相关经验者优先 理工科本科及以上学历，主修机械工程或工业工程 具备采购经验及计算加工成本的能力者优先 具备ERP系统（Dynamics 365、SAP等）知识者优先 积极主动、充满活力、适应能力强、思维灵活，对支持团队及承担重要且富有挑战性的任务充满热情！ 熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等） 必须具备流利的英语口语和书面表达能力（至少通过CET-6） Position & Missions You will be part of the Asia R&D Department, in charge of industrializing products and solutions adapted to the market. Under the responsibility of the Product Industrialization engineer, your main missions will be: Be the technical interface between suppliers and design teams to arrange co-design phases and ensure the good manufacturing and industrialization of design concepts at the best prices Review the drawings from design teams and provide advice and suggestions to match the drawings with chosen manufacturing processes Industrialization drawings, items creation and S-A BOMs creation in D365 Manage the purchase of prototype parts for the design office to test their technical solutions Validate new samples at their first arrival from mass production suppliers, before they are used in mass production in our factories Support production and quality department in their daily technical challenges in the assembly or testing of products, review the drawings and support in the troubleshooting to unblock the lines. Support Procurement and Sourcing Teams for Technical Evaluation of current and new potential suppliers Follow and supervise the application of design modifications in production. Profile and Skills Good understanding of manufacturing processes (Injection molding, die casting, machining…) and their pros and cons 5 Years’ experience in industrial engineering, if possible, in electrical geared rotary machines. Bachelor’s Degree or above in science and technology with a major in mechanical or industrial engineering Sourcing experience and ability to calculate machining costs is a plus Knowledge of ERP (Dynamics 365, SAP, …) is a plus Proactivity, dynamism, adaptability, creative thinking, strong enthusiasm to support teams and to take over important and exciting challenges! Office Pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…) English proficiency compulsory in both oral and writing (CET-6 minimum)
