2、能根据用户行为、用户标签进行用户分层，管理用户生命周期；
3、能熟练使用任务、优惠券、积分、营销活动等运营营销工具，结合客群经营，制定和迭代运营策略，提升业务规模和分期渗透； 4、能与数据及模型熟练合作，推动模型迭代，提升模型及策略效率；
任职要求
1、全日制本科，5年以上工作经验，金融专业/行业经历优先； 2、 优秀的沟通协作能力，跨部门沟通能力；
3、数据化思维，具备优秀的数据分析能力；
4、加分项：熟练掌握SQL，优秀的英语表达能力；
