该职位来源于猎聘 战略与规划：主导制定公司医药研发的中长期战略规划，明确研发方向与目标，进行研发管线布局，高端中间体和仿制药的立项开展评估，综合考量市场、技术和知识产权等多方面因素，为公司开发，引进盈利的商业化产品。 研发项目管理：把控研发全流程，监控项目的进度、成本、质量与风险，及时处理研发中出现的重大技术问题与阻碍。
团队管理：搭建跨学科的研发团队，并制定人才培养方案，提升团队成员的专业水平与协作效能。 任职要求：化学博士学历，海外留学经历，海外博士学历 工作经验： 10 年以上的医药研发从业经验，国际国内知名药企工作经验，有开发高分子医药和医疗器械，ADC高活性医药的从业经验
