岗位职责：
- 负责公司短视频 / 宣传片的拍摄与后期剪辑
- 独立完成素材整理、剪辑、调色、配乐、字幕等全流程
- 根据脚本或需求把控画面节奏与视觉风格
- 维护拍摄设备与素材归档
任职要求：
- 1 年以上摄影剪辑经验，有作品集
- 熟练使用 PR / Final Cut / 剪映，懂基础调色
- 会操作单反 / 微单及灯光设备，有网感
- 能独立出片，效率高，沟通顺畅
