该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 独立完成 DFM，完善注塑产品的设计优化 2. 指导与审核模具供应商提供的设计方案 3. 独立完成模具设计，提供模具报价参考 4. 审核产品修改的可行性，并完成相应的模具设计修改，指导供应商进行模具的修改 5. 完成上级交代的临时任务 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，模具，材料成型或机械相关专业； 2. 具有 10 年以上注塑模具设计工作经验；熟悉模具设计开发流程；熟悉模流分析和软件操作。 3. 具有项目管理与开发流程的理念和经验； 4. 具有基本的英语阅读和写作能力；； 5. 善于交流，有团队协作和敬业精神，具有较强的工作责任心
