【岗位职责】 1、协助IPO项目的底稿整理等工作； 2、协助进行财务数据收集、分析工作； 3、协助与发行人及各中介机构的协调沟通工作； 4、搜集行业、政策及市场动态信息； 5、项目组交办的其他任务。 【任职要求】 1、每周5天及以上，保证连续至少3个月，可尽快入职者优先； 2、具有细致认真的工作态度、较强的责任心和执行力； 3、会计基础扎实或财经类相关专业优先； 4、具有券商投行、会计师事务所、律师事务所工作经验优先； 5、本科学历及以上； 6、通过ACCA、CFA、FRM、注册会计师优先。
