1、散热硬件方案设计验证
2、散热软件方案调试
3、材料分析及测试
任职要求：
1、热能与动力工程或机械工程等相关专业的在校大学生或研究生；
2、具备设计开发和创新能力,有较强的团队合作和沟通协调能力，
3、喜欢研究技术，若能应用Flotherm或icepak等热分析软件更好
4、招聘在校大学生，有住房，节日，生日加班补贴等福利。
职位薪资：
180-250/天
