岗位职责： 1. 部门日常行业数据及资料整理，配合投资经理日常工作 2. 参与行业研究课题，了解和配合产品的前期中期工作 3. 协助产业调研及卖方路演记录 4. 领导安排的其他投研工作 岗位要求： 1. 踏实勤奋，对二级市场投资有热情 2. 硕士及以上学历，能长期实习者优先 3. 已有卖方或买方行业研究实习经历优先 4. 实习期不少于3个月，每周出勤不少于4天 5. 招聘有效期：截至2026年12月31日 收获： 1. 分析师对研究和报告的指导，建立买方视角的投研框架 2. 丰富的卖方路演及产业专家调研机会，对公募基金有投资认知和实操 3. 实习补贴 简历名称“实习-姓名-学校-毕业时间-到岗时间”，如有参与的深度报告可作为附件 招聘人数3人
职位薪资：
80-120/天
