岗位职责: 1、协助整理相关数据，完成各类投资分析报告； 2、协助完成与客户和市场部的部分信息对接工作； 3、协助固收+策略的研究开发，完成相关研究报告； 4、协助参与部分产品营销材料的制作； 任职要求: 1、2027年以后毕业的硕士研究生及以上学历在读学生，金融、经济、会计、财务管理、投资学、数学、统计、金融工程等相关专业优先； 2、擅长数据处理、报告撰写、宏观及信用分析，熟练使用Wind/Excel/PPT/Python等数据处理工具的优先； 3、具有良好的数据分析能力和数字敏感度，具备一定的抗压能力。对待工作认真严谨，责任心强； 4、能尽快开始实习，实习期不少于3个月，每周实习天数不少于3天。
职位薪资：
50-80/天
