该职位来源于猎聘 负责座舱算法（包括但不限于语音/大模型/舱内视觉）在高通8255/8295芯片平台的端侧部署与性能优化 2. 使用高通等QNN（Qualcomm Neural Processing SDK）进行模型转换、量化、编译与优化 3. 针对高通等NPU架构特性进行算子适配、内存优化及功耗调优 4. 与算法团队协作完成模型轻量化设计（剪枝/蒸馏/量化） 5. 进行端侧AI推理性能分析与瓶颈定位 6. 编写技术文档并输出部署标准化流程 任职资格 硬性条件 - 计算机/电子工程/自动化相关专业本科及以上学历 - 2年以上嵌入式平台算法部署经验，至少1个高通平台量产项目经验 加分项 - 深入理解高通NPU架构（Hexagon DSP/AI Engine） - 熟练掌握QNN SDK工具链：
- 模型转换（ONNX/Caffe/TFLite→QNN）
- 模型量化（QAT/PTQ）
- 性能分析工具（QNN Profiler） - 精通C/C++嵌入式开发，熟悉Linux内核驱动开发 - 熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架的模型优化技术 优先条件 - 有高通8155/8295平台开发经验者优先 - 具备模型剪枝、知识蒸馏等轻量化实战经验 - 熟悉SNPE等其他高通AI工具链 - 有车规级嵌入式开发经验（ADAS/智能座舱方向）
