该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责肿瘤药物临床试验全周期管理，确保项目按时完成率≥90%
- 主导临床中心筛选与评估，年度新增合作中心≥15家
- 监控患者入组进度，确保月度入组目标达成率≥95%
- 协调CRO/SMO资源，降低临床运营成本10-15%
任职要求：
- 临床医学/药学硕士学历，5年以上肿瘤领域临床运营经验
- 精通GCP法规，主导过3个以上抗肿瘤药物 I-III期临床试验 优先；
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用SAS/SPSS等统计工具
- 出色的跨部门协调能力，管理过5人以上项目团队
