该职位来源于猎聘 1、负责注塑车间全面生产管理(50台200T以下注塑机),指导生产计划的安排调度,掌握生产进度,保证准时交货。 2、负责本部门生产效率、耗料、品质控制,对生产过程进行监控和管里,确保生产能按额、保质地完成任务。 3、全面协调车间工作,负责部门的人员沟通协调,进行安全操作技术的培训和指导。 4、负责团队绩效考核、人才梯队培养,推进部门管理标准化。 5、熟悉PC等材料特性,对超薄件的调机有一定经验 6、工作细心,有客户服务意识,推动力强,主动获取协调资源,沟通能力和思思维能力较强。 7、有工厂黑灯车间、自动化加工管理经验优先
