• Supplier Development & Qualification 供应商开发与资质认证： Identify, assess and qualify qualified suppliers specializing in welding and sheet metal manufacturing. Conduct supplier capability evaluation, on-site process audit and quality system assessment. Lead supplier development projects to optimize manufacturing capacity and ensure process stability. Provide professional technical evaluation of suppliers’ technical competence and production capacity to support sourcing decision-making. 筛选、评估并认证焊接及钣金制造类供应商；开展供应商产能评估、过程审核及质量体系审核；主导供应商能力提升专项工作，优化供应商制造水平与工艺稳定性；对供应商技术实力、生产产能进行专业研判，为采购选型决策提供支撑。
• New Product Introduction (NPI) 新产品导入管理： Participate in supplier selection and technical docking during the NPI stage. Collaborate with suppliers to review engineering drawings, technical specifications, GD&T standards, welding symbols and customer customized requirements. Lead suppliers to complete full APQP activities, including process flow formulation, PFMEA analysis, control plan drafting and PPAP submission. Implement process validation and production readiness review to ensure suppliers reach SOP mass production standards. 参与新产品导入阶段的供应商选型与技术对接；与供应商核对工程图纸、技术规范、几何尺寸与公差（GD&T）、焊接符号及客户特殊要求；主导供应商完成先期产品质量策划（APQP）全流程工作，包含工艺流程梳理、过程失效模式分析（PFMEA）、控制计划制定、生产件批准程序（PPAP）提交等；通过工艺验证、量产 readiness 评审，确保供应商满足量产启动（SOP）条件。
• Manufacturing Process Quality Control 制造过程质量管控： Evaluate and supervise multiple welding processes, including MIG, TIG, resistance welding, laser welding and robotic automatic welding. Assess the full-process quality of sheet metal manufacturing, covering laser cutting, punching, bending, rolling, machining and final assembly. Audit and verify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and welder qualification certificates. Monitor key process parameters strictly to ensure full compliance with engineering design requirements. 评估并管控各类焊接工艺质量，包含气保焊、氩弧焊、电阻焊、激光焊、机器人自动焊等；审核钣金全制程工艺质量，涵盖激光切割、冲压、折弯、卷圆、机加工及总成装配工序；核查焊接工艺规程（WPS）、工艺评定报告（PQR）及焊工资质有效性；监控关键工艺参数，确保生产过程完全符合工程技术标准。
• Supplier Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement 供应商质量保证与持续改善： Conduct regular on-site product and process audits at supplier facilities. Manage supplier quality non-conformances systematically via 8D report mechanism and root cause analysis, track and verify the implementation effect of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive continuous optimization of suppliers’ quality, delivery and manufacturing performance. Monitor core supplier KPIs, including PPM defect rate, on-time delivery rate, audit pass score and corrective action closure rate. 定期前往供应商现场开展产品及过程审核；通过8D报告、根本原因分析等方式系统化处理供应商质量异常，跟踪并验证纠正预防措施（CAPA）落地有效性；推动供应商在质量、交付、制造能力方面持续优化；常态化监控供应商核心KPI，包含不良率（PPM）、准时交付率、审核得分、问题闭环率等。
• Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作： Establish efficient collaboration with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operations and Project Management teams. Support the release and supplier implementation of engineering change notices (ECN/ECR). Provide professional technical guidance for suppliers on product manufacturability and quality standard compliance. Participate in customer and supplier technical review meetings as required. 与工程研发、采购、生产、运营、项目管理等部门高效协同；配合工程变更（ECN/ECR）落地，推动供应商完成变更执行；针对产品可制造性、质量标准要求，为供应商提供专业技术指导；按需参与客户及供应商端的技术评审会议。

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding Engineering or related engineering majors.

本科及以上学历，机械工程、制造工程、焊接工程等相关工科专业；

• Minimum 10 years working experience in supplier quality management, manufacturing quality or supplier development.

10年及以上供应商质量、制造质量、供应商开发相关工作经验；

• Proficient professional knowledge of welding fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing processes.

精通焊接成型、钣金制造全流程工艺专业知识；

• Solid practical experience in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and root cause analysis tools.

熟练掌握APQP、PPAP、PFMEA、控制计划、MSA、SPC、根本原因分析等质量工具及体系流程；

• Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings, GD&T standards, welding symbols and mechanical tolerances.

能够精准识读工程图纸、GD&T标准、焊接符号及机械公差要求；

• Rich experience in conducting supplier process and quality system audits.

具备丰富的供应商过程审核、质量体系审核经验；

• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system; familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 3834 is a plus.

熟悉ISO 9001质量体系，了解IATF 16949、ISO 3834体系者优先；

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and cross-level communication skills.

具备优秀的问题分析、解决能力及跨部门沟通协调能力；

• Willing to take frequent business trips to supplier sites. 可接受高频次供应商现场出差。
• Preferred Qualifications 优先条件： Working experience in renewable energy, industrial equipment or automotive manufacturing industry. Familiar with robotic welding automation technology and fixture design principles. Mastery of common NDT testing methods, including VT, PT, MT and UT. Possess professional welding inspector certifications such as AWS CWI, CSWIP or equivalent qualifications. 有新能源、工业设备、汽车制造行业从业经验者优先；熟悉机器人自动焊接技术及工装夹具设计原理；掌握目视检测（VT）、渗透检测（PT）、磁粉检测（MT）、超声波检测（UT）等常用无损检测方法；持有AWS CWI、CSWIP等焊接检验师专业证书者优先。
