What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责高分子滤膜产品（PES）的配方改进和工艺优化，能够现场解决相关配方和工艺问题；
2、跟踪研发进度，对产品的研发过程进行全面跟踪，撰写研发项目阶段性总结报告；
- 负责小试、中试，并出具试产报告，生产作业规范及品质检验标准的建立； 4. 根据市场应用需求，提出新应用技术的研发思路并配合公司对新应用技术的实施与落实；
5、有敏锐的市场嗅觉，了解膜行业的市场现状和发展趋势； 任职要求 1. 硕士以上学历，高分子、化学、材料等相关专业，课题在有机化学，精细化学，物理化学方向的优先； 优秀者可以放宽； 2. 有亲水滤膜产品研发经验优先；
- 具有较强的实验和数据分析能力；
