負責協助服務總監處理督導和管理殘疾人士宿舍服務運作、處理財務管理、人事管理及督導等工作，包括統籌殘疾人士訓練、行為處理計劃、輔導服務、個案管理、小組、家屬及社區教育等。應徵者須為註冊社工，持認可社會工作文憑及具五年或以上相關工作經驗或持認可社會工作學位或同等學歷，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科考獲第 2 級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。如具相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
以上職位設有專車在美孚港鐵站接載員工、特別津貼及交通津貼。
以上職位以合約條款聘用。
