该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1.月结供方账单核对 2.双签订单录入ERP系统（鼎捷ERP） 3.合同手工台账录入维护 4.合同打印，盖章，扫描，寄出，双签归档 5.内控合规资料补全 6.发票核对无误后录入ERP系统 岗位要求： 1、对办公操作系统熟悉excel,wps,word,ppt,表格函数，数据透视，VLookup，SUM，IF等函数，打字速度（每分钟不低于80字），思维敏捷，熟练操作办公协同系统致远OA、鼎捷ERP； 2、性格开朗活泼，沟通协作能力强，工作自驱能力强且主动认领任务 ，对数据敏感，工作上有闭环意识，服务领导安排； 3、采购管理或是物流管理专业更佳，其它专业若优秀也可放宽条件录用，应届毕业生也可； 4、有公司IPO内控相关工作经验和认知理解更佳；
