【岗位职责】 1、负责基于用户数据分析，研究用户行为，开发推荐策略； 2、个性化推荐等算法，提高产品用户体验和排序效果以及支付风控模型； 任职要求】 1.本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业背景。 2.熟练掌握Java/python/C++中的至少一种编程语言，有较强的工程实践能力，对于数据结构和算法有深入的理解。 3.熟悉常见机器学习和深度学习算法，对算法特点和适用场景等应用经验，能够快速进行算法实现和迭代。 4.具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力；主动性强，有很强的自我驱动能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
职位薪资：
300-500/天
