What they need
- 协助操作团队跟进海运 FCL / LCL 订舱全流程，处理客户、船公司及海外代理往来邮件与查询，跟进货物截单、截关、开船状态。
本岗位为国际物流货运跟单岗位，不负责行政前台、普通内务行政工作。
- 核对订舱资料、补料信息，协助制作、整理出口货运单据，核对提单资料，处理提单修改申请。
- 跟踪货物运输状态，同步货物动态给到客户；遇到甩柜、船期变动、中转异常及时内部同步并协调处理。
- 录入与维护系统订单数据，整理货运档案，做好文件分类归档，制作业务相关台账表格。
- 对接海外代理、码头及仓库，确认入仓、提柜、到港相关信息。
- 完成上级安排其他货运跟单相关工作。
薪酬： $23,000.00至$27,000.00（每月）
