What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.作为联系窗口，从客户处理解质量期望，并与其他职能团队协调互动 2.定期与客户/内部团队进行质量绩效评审 3.管理质量问题及汇报。负责处理客户抱怨、质量问题的闭环解决，与各职能团队合作寻找根本原因，并给出纠正/预防措施 4.领导团队准备8D报告/CAR，以缜密的逻辑和解决问题方法来寻找根本原因 5.主导并推动相关纠正预防措施及时有效地执行到位 6.驱动内部质量改进以达成客户和公司的质量目标；将过往的质量问题文档化，提供给相关团队作为经验教训 7.负责质量控制计划，以确保新产品引进及批量生产的质量水平的达成 8.负责客户RMA流程，主导RMA绩效的改进（DPPM / RMA周转时间，等） 9.其他由领导指派的任务，向其他职能部门提供必要的支持 任职要求： 1.本科以上学历电子相关专业 2.4年以上制造、医疗相关行业 3.英语的听说读写流利 4.熟悉ISO9000、 ISO13485 、ISO14000质量体系；
