该职位来源于猎聘 1、负责项目空置面积的推广及运营管理工作 2、负责项目的租赁工作,根据客户需求制定租赁方案,并负责谈判、签订与商户合约,及时建立、更新客户档案,规范本文件、资料的统一归档 3、负责本项目市场调研及经营预案的策划工作,出具调研报告及经营方案 4、参与制定并落实项目经营管理制度 5、根据客户经营及市场情况进行有效的定位梳理和调整,制定年度任务指标,并在集团下达后贯彻执行 6、负责楼宇内客户组织和运营的相关工作,持续提高客户粘性,并逐步拓展盈利能力 7、统计项目内客户及租赁工作的各种数据,按月上报月度完成工作及计划
