- 持续跟踪一线员工标准作业规范的执行情况，有效进行过程控制，降低不合格率；
- 合理优化生产工，持续提高生产效率；
- 有效跟踪生产过程物料损耗及记录，对盘点差异进行分析并制定改善措施； 任职要求： 1.三年以上自动化产线操作及管理经验，工业工程/自动化/化工/应用化学专业优先； 2.简单的英语听说写能力；
- 善于沟通、稳重踏实，能配合高强度工作，适应企业高速发展节奏；
