该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责光学器件设计与开发； 2.主导光学器件设计验证，确保产品性能达标； 3.评估下一代硅光技术方案，每年提交不少于2份可行性分析报告 4.管理研发项目进度，确保关键节点按时交付率不低于90% 任职要求： 1.光学工程、光电信息或相关专业硕士以上学历，5年以上硅光器件设计经验 2.熟悉硅光工艺制造流程 3.具备光通信、数据中心互连等项目经验 4.拥有团队管理经验，能带领研发团队完成产品开发任务
