该职位来源于猎聘 负责公司新上市心血管领域产品（依普利酮）推广销售工作，根据市场情况及公司要求，组织各类资源，促进团队目标达成 岗位职责： 1、带领团队完成目标医院的开发工作，分阶段实现零采、锁单、正式准入工作； 2、带领团队完成销售指标，根据省区的销售目标和策略，制定及执行区域的行动目标，配合完成市场活动；
3、负责完成团队搭建，包括招聘、执行培训和激励团队员工；
4、其他销售管理类工作。
任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，医药、生物化工相关专业，药学为佳，有准入资源的可放宽专业背景
2、5年以上药品销售经验，有三级以上医院开发转入经验及心内科、高血压科、老年科产品销售经验；
3、良好的抗压能力，快速学习能力强，有强烈的自驱力，目标导向；
