该职位来源于猎聘 核心职责 - 负责舒勒Schuler冲压机2000T- 2500T生产线模具的工艺调试、参数优化与样件认可 - 分析并解决生产过程中的模具异常、停机与质量问题 - 推动模具持续改进，提升生产效率与产品合格率 - 编制与维护工艺文件，支持生产标准化与体系审核 - 协同工程、质量、生产等部门，完成新产品导入与工艺转化 任职要求： -大专及以上学历，模具、机械、材料成型相关专业 - 8年以上冲压行业经验，其中4年以上专注冲压工艺或模具调试岗位 - 具备大型多工位模具在2000吨以上压机调试经验 - 精通冲压工艺与模具结构，能独立解读GD&T图纸 - 熟练使用AutoCAD/UG等工程软件，具备现场问题快速处理能力 - 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和持续改进意识
