工作職責：
- 根據集團整體戰略發展需求研究分析國內外行業機會、投資並購機會
- 完成擬投資項目的盡職調查、談判和投資交割工作
- 完成已投項目的投後管理工作
任職要求：
- 香港身份或已具有可工作的簽證
- 0-3年工作經驗，基本功扎實，具備熟練財務與估值模型搭建能力
- 自驅力強，對新事物具有快速學習能力及洞察力，邏輯思維縝密，具備清晰表達與獨立思考能力，工作高效、有責任心
- 如已有PEVC/海外並購或其他相關一級市場投資分析工作經驗更佳
